Our Marketing team is currently looking for a Merchandising and Innovation Coordinator to join their super savvy, high paced Marketing team.
Strong verbal and written communications skills are required for internal and external partnerships.
The role will work out of our Brampton Head Office, supporting a number of our retail locations across Ontario.

Here’s what you’ll deliver:
- Execute audits of all online vehicles.
- Coordinate day-to-day entry of incoming vehicles.
- Test and review marketing funnels.
- Review and upload vehicle images to dealer sites.
- Assist with the maintenance, and revision of, company websites.
- Prepare reports on sales volumes and sales projections.
- Assist with the maintenance of, and revision to, Dealership Social Media accounts.
- Assist with taking inventory photographs and editing.
- Assist with event setup and breakdown as required.
- Comply with strict regulations and requirements of the Ontario Motor Vehicle Industry Council (OMVIC).
- Ability to work in adherence to company safety standards at all times.
- Comply with all company policies, standards and procedures.
- Other duties as required by management.
What do you need to succeed?
- Undergraduate degree in a related field or significant directly related experience.
- Previous experience in photography.
- Automotive industry knowledge is an asset.
- Must have a valid Ontario Driver's License and good driving record.
- Excellent knowledge of vehicle makes and models.
- Work well independently with minimal supervision.
- Digital and social media experience.
- Savvy and up-to-date with current marketing and advertising opportunities.
- Strong attention to detail, and excellent organizational and project management skills.
- Familiarity with Google Drive or Microsoft Office applications.
- Proficient in social media strategy.
- Outstanding verbal and written communication skills.
- Personable, reliable, courteous and versatile.
- A proven self-starter who can work well under pressure.
- Must be willing to be flexible with work schedules.
- May be required to work on Saturday as per business needs.
