The Production Manager (Infield) is responsible for supporting Medical Innovation and Education’s (MI&ED) distance education platform. The lead candidate will be an onsite production leader supporting the process from technical set up to capturing, editing, and presenting final educational output. A background in graphics, camerawork, animation, music, sound & lighting effects and audio-visual management. Capability to adapt from live setting to staged recorded platform. Required to be familiar with Panasonic 3 D cadaver software. Ability to train Health Care Providers on cadaver software, creating bookmarked lectures related to specific medical audience.

 

Responsibilities:

Primary responsibility will be to oversee the technical management supporting local, regional and national level educational events for MI&ED. Manage with multitude of skills including A/V specialist, 3D virtual cadaver software management, Audience Response System (ARS)management during symposium programs, innovation lab programs and medically requested workshop programs

    • Workshops to include ability to split screen 3 d cadaver to live ultrasound visual
    • Video capture KOL interview
    • Cadaver Lab support technology didactics / ARS system
  • Manage online learning center featuring mini lecture series on core topics to support foundational education geared to Residents in Anesthesia or CRNA who are exploring regional techniques
  • Manage breakdown, transport and setup of technical equipment
  • Assist MI&ED with the installation of software and related updates
  • Assemble and configure computer components and associated services
  • Other duties as assigned

 

Supervisory Responsibilities:

No direct reports.

 

Qualifications:

  • Associate degree, in Audio/Video Preferred
  • Experience in video or audio production preferred medical education platform
  • Proven ability to manage multiple projects, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with sales and health care professionals.
  • Excellent written and oral English communication skills.
  • Demonstrated ability to work on a closely collaborative, cross-functional team.
  • Demonstrated ability to develop technical training materials
  • Demonstrated successful project management experience
  • Ability to independently identify, research and resolve technical issues
  • An intelligent and articulate individual who can relate to people at all levels of an organization and possesses excellent communication skills
  • A decisive individual who possesses a detail oriented perspective
  • Sound technical skills, analytical ability, good judgment, and strong operational focus
  • Ability to work with peers in a team effort
  • Demonstrated ability to manage multiple priorities and deadlines

Travel:

  • Position will require 75% travel
