The Office Services and Project Manager will be an onsite position located at the Houston, TX office. This position will provide a broad range of project management support, and functional coordination of activities aligned to Medical Innovation & Education, as well as manage and ensure smooth operation of the Houston office.


  1. Manages resource allocation and in budget processes for applicable projects aligning workflow with cross functional teams to include:
    • Finance budget account & accounts payable
    • Legal contracts & compliance
    • Outside services contracted
  2. Exercises independent judgment in the management of the Houston office/facility including:liaising with senior leaders, outside vendors, suppliers and customers, implementing and maintaining office procedures, managing budget, overseeing shipments, supplies and orders, managing internal office communications, managing relationship and communication with building landlord
  1. Oversees the management meeting planning across Medical Innovation including budget responsibility, Scheduling conferences/meetings, reserving internal and off-site facilities
  2. Proactively prepares materials for senior level presentations and/or meetings
  3. Manages the updates for Medical Innovation pertinent documents, ensuring proper formatting and retention of power point slides, invitations, excel and smartsheets
  4. Prepares executive summaries for all senior level Medical Innovation meetings
  5. Liaise with PCRC to gain approval for Medical Innovation materials
  6. Manages internal alignment within the team and across programs to coordinate and organize activities ie : THE HOUSTON TRAINING CENTER
  7. Represents Medical Innovation in communications with Marketing, Clinical, Regulatory, and Sales
  8. Manages corporate files as appropriate.
  9. Acts as a resource as needed to support other departments when requested needs aligned to Houston center
  10. Manages Medical Innovation communication flow (from internal and external constituents).
  11. Leads special projects and assignments, as required
  12. Prepare executive summaries of ongoing and completed projects/initiatives
  13. Acts as a resource as needed to support other departments when requested.


Supervisory Responsibilities:

This position will not have supervisory responsibility


  • Associates degree from accredited college or relevant experience. 
  • Minimum 3 years’ experience in business, with at least 2 years of project or department coordination experience
  • Excellent organizational skills
  • Demonstrated ability to function at a high level in a team setting whether leading the group or acting as an individual contributor.
  • Demonstrated ability to review, develop and manage project tracking tools.
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills.
  • Proficiency using Microsoft Word, Excel and PowerPoint.
  • Proven ability to build strong relationships with co-workers and work collaboratively with cross functional teams in a remote setting.
  • Proven ability to work well independently with minimum supervision.
  • Valid driver’s license in state in which incumbent resides
