The Analyst, Talent Management is responsible for supporting all talent management, leadership development and cultural initiatives across the HR function.  The incumbent is also responsible for managing the performance and talent systems. The position requires a good mix of hands-on, operational tasks and passion for leadership development.


  • Support program management for the Pacira Leadership and Executive Development programs, inclusive of on-site logistics, assessment / pre-work administration, training materials coordination and partnering with external consultants / instructors on other details as needed
  • Support the administration of the performance management and talent succession processes, inclusive of disseminating communications, leading system administration, and providing internal client support
  • Administer the company’s learning platforms, curating course content and playlists as needed
  • Own the contract management process for all talent and executive coaching vendors
  • Partner with HRIS incumbent to on any talent and performance systems or applications for the organization; inclusive of implementation, configuration, reporting and end-user support
  • Support the Employee Engagement Survey process inclusive of partnering with external vendors, coordinating various logistics and disseminating communications
  • Provide support on various TM / LD initiatives inclusive of the Executive Onboarding process, refresh of the Leadership competency framework, general development planning and training needs assessments
  • Support the Company’s relationship with external Talent & performance systems and modules (e.g. ADP Workforce Now & Cornerstone), distribute systems communications as needed, launch 360 assessments via EchoSpan tool and facilitate answers to questions from employees
  • Create and maintain excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and participant communications for key annual processes inclusive of talent succession and performance management
  • Contribute to the creation and delivery of employee training materials on talent & performance processes and systems, including creating user guides and other training content as needed
  • Implement and lead employee experience strategy and other company culture initiatives across the organization
  • Manage employee onboarding strategy and implementations in conjunction with Talent Acquisition and Sr. HR Coordinators
  • Provide support on various HR project initiatives as assigned by the VP of HR and HR Leadership Team


  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in HR or related field; Master’s degree preferred
  • 3 - 5 years relevant HR experience in the following areas preferred:
    • Learning and development
    • Project coordination
    • Talent / Performance / LMS System Administration
    • Performance management
    • Communication
    • Vendor management
  • Demonstrated strong project management skills; ability to manage both the people and the details of the project
  • Demonstrated excellent organizational skills, ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and prioritize work to meet deadlines
  • Excellent verbal and written English communication skills. Delivers clear, and concise messages, both verbally and in writing.
  • Proven ability to take initiative and work independently on projects
  • Demonstrated commitment to high professional ethical standards and a diverse workplace
  • Demonstrated strong planning, analytical & collaboration skills
  • Excellent MS Office skills including Excel, PowerPoint, Word and Outlook
