The Associate Director, HRIS and HR Analytics is responsible for performing all HR data reporting and analysis for initiatives across the HR function, including but not limited to Talent Management, Total Rewards and Talent Acquisition.  The incumbent is also responsible for managing the human resources information system (ADP Workforce Now) as well as any other systems in the HR organization. The position requires a good mix of hands-on, operational tasks and passion for creative thinking around innovative system and process design.
Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  1. Manage administration of the Company’s HRIS and other HR & Talent related systems and associated vendor management, including administration of employee data within external systems (e.g. Fidelity’s Plan Sponsor Workstation) and serve as the primary internal escalation contact for technical and operational issues, finding solutions in a timely manner and with appropriate and timely communication to impacted users
  2. Own the Company’s relationship with external HR & Talent systems (e.g. Fidelity, ADP Workforce Now, Jobvite, Cornerstone), overseeing vendor management and associated contracts, data feed requirements/APIs, customer service issues, assist with necessary upgrades/updates, distribute systems communications as needed, launch 360 assessments via EchoSpan tool and facilitate answers to questions from employees
  3. Oversee the specification, development and implementation of new or enhanced functionality in the HRIS systems to meet the Company’s requirements and deliver HR priorities
  4. Manage the design and maintenance of all necessary programming in the Company’s HRIS and related systems, including management of the annual merit and bonus process, annual performance management & talent succession, time off policies, holiday schedules, user content and permissions, etc.
  5. Develop, generate, and analyze a variety of HR reports for senior management and HR/Finance Business Partners as required
  6. Function as a technical resource on the HR team, creating and maintaining excel spreadsheets, PowerPoint presentations and participant letters for key annual processes including talent succession, performance management, annual compensation and equity grant planning, etc. and ensure accuracy and clarity of data presented
  7. Partner with the VP of HR and the HR Leadership Team to create and maintain a quarterly HR metrics report for distribution to the C-Suite and other Executives
  8. Provide analytical and systems support for all HR strategy initiatives and build reports as requested by management on a variety of areas, including open job postings, diversity and inclusion dashboard, budget, talent profiles, etc.
  9. Provide technical administration and support to maintain the Company’s 401k and Nonqualified Deferred Compensation plans with annual Company match calculations, Cash long-term incentive plan, equity compensation, investment opportunities with the Employee Stock Purchase Plan and other programs
  10. Manage annual compliance reporting requirements including, but not limited to: AAP, EEO-1, 401k Form 5500 and Non-Discrimination Testing, etc.
  11. Promote continuous process improvement and drive automation and efficiency
  12. Contribute to the creation and delivery of employee training materials on HR & Talent systems, including creating user guides and other training content as needed
  13. Partner with Payroll and Finance to ensure data accuracy within the HRIS system and payroll, proactively initiating data checks and audits
  14. Work with HR vendors and ensure budget compliance
  15. Partner on various HR project initiatives as assigned by the VP of HR and HR Leadership Team

Supervisory Responsibilities:  No supervisory responsibility.
The incumbent works with employees at all levels, regularly interacting with the HR Leadership Team, Senior Business Leaders and employees.
Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree from accredited college or university in HR or related field
  • 5 - 8 years relevant HR experience in the following areas preferred:
    • Human Resources Information Systems
    • Human capital programs – performance management, succession planning, compensation and benefits
    • Broad Based and Equity compensation
    • Learning and development programs
    • Vendor management

  • Ability to travel approximately 10% of time
