The Brand Manager, iovera is responsible for supporting the day to day management of the brand to support customer facing activities and initiatives. In addition, the Brand Manager will collaborate with cross-functional team members.

Essential Duties & Responsibilities:

  • Engage with field sales team to capture insights regarding customer facing needs relative to marketing collateral and programs.
  • Establish strategic framework for brand to support annual marketing plan and contribute to long term brand plan.
  • Develop tactical plan to develop new or enhance existing marketing resources including management of iovera website.
  • Develop new and updated procedural support materials (videos and case reports) and practice marketing resources.
  • Develop and coordinate media/publication and social media plan for iovera with Marketing team members assigned to noted platforms.
  • Partner with cross-functional teams including Learning & Development, Commercial Operations, Medical Affairs – Clinical Education, Legal/Compliance, and Purchasing to support development and execution of tactical plan.
  • Support field sales Plan of Action (POA) and National Training meetings including development of agenda, meeting planning and execution of relevant content.
  • Coordinate with Director, Marketing – iovera, regarding conference planning and thought leader engagement including peer to peer programs including regional speaker programs.
  • Regularly develop status updates and presentation materials for executive leadership
  • Partner with agency partners to support assigned responsibilities.
  • Develop and manage budget associated with defined scope.


  • The incumbent will work closely with field sales, cross-functional team members and agency partners.

Education and Experience:

  • Bachelor’s degree in Business or closely related field from accredited college or university.
  • Minimum 3 years in brand marketing or digital/social media platforms.


  • Ability to work collaboratively and independently in a cross-functional and team oriented environment
  • Excellent people, relationship, marketing, analytical and problem solving skills
  • Demonstrated written and oral communications skills including strong presentation skills.
  • Excellent organizational skills.

  • Proven ability to communicate effectively with field sales, key business partners and end user customers.
  • Demonstrated skills in Pharmaceutical/Device product launch planning and execution
  • Demonstrated analytic skills
  • Proven ability to manage complex projects to completion
  • Proven ability to manage multiple tasks, set priorities and meet deadlines
  • Demonstrated ability to work successfully with minimal supervision and to collaborate well with team members across functions
  • Excellent Microsoft Office skills including Word, Excel and PowerPoint
  • Excellent oral and written English communication skills
  • Ability to travel approximately 15-25%.
