Your Schedule: Mon, Tues, Th 7:45am-5pm, Wed 7:45am - 1pm

What You'll Bring
- Minimum of 3 years of dental administration experience
- Previous experience managing, coaching, and developing a team
- Strong knowledge of dental practice operations, insurance, treatment coordination, and patient financial processes
- Ability to partner with doctors and leadership to achieve practice goals
- Knowledge of federal and state employment regulations
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office, dental practice management software, and standard office technology
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills
- Professionalism and sound judgment in stressful situations
- Strong conflict-resolution skills and the ability to build trust with patients and team members
- Ability to prioritize multiple responsibilities while maintaining confidentiality
What You'll Do
As the Office Manager, you will oversee daily practice operations while partnering with the doctor and leadership team to deliver an exceptional patient experience, support team development, and drive practice success.
Leadership & Team Development
- Lead, coach, and support the administrative team to achieve operational excellence
- Foster a positive, collaborative, and accountable team culture
- Communicate practice goals, updates, and expectations effectively
- Assist with recruiting, interviewing, hiring, and onboarding new team members
- Train team members and encourage ongoing professional development
- Partner with leadership on performance evaluations, coaching, and performance improvement plans
Patient Experience & Practice Operations
- Oversee the patient experience, from scheduling through financial coordination
- Promote exceptional customer service and patient satisfaction
- Manage appointment scheduling, patient records, insurance coordination, billing, and collections
- Address patient concerns and resolve complaints professionally and efficiently
- Maintain smooth daily workflows and identify opportunities to improve practice efficiency
Financial & Administrative Responsibilities
- Partner with accounting teams on accounts payable, accounts receivable, reporting, and budgeting
- Monitor practice performance metrics and support the achievement of financial goals
- Review and implement processes that promote efficiency and practice growth
- Research vendors, supplies, and equipment purchases to support cost-effective operations
Compliance & Office Management
- Maintain compliance with OSHA requirements, applicable health regulations, and practice policies
- Maintain employee records, licensing documentation, payroll records, and benefits paperwork
- Ensure the office remains clean, organized, professional, and welcoming
- Coordinate equipment maintenance and facility needs
- Support marketing initiatives that promote continued practice growth
