Key Responsibilities:
- Leadership: Lead the recruitment efforts for general dentists and specialty providers, showcasing the unique advantages of joining P1 Dental Partners.
- Program Development: Develop and implement strategic recruitment plans to achieve organizational objectives. Advocate for the recruitment program to organizational leadership.
- Recruitment: Collaborate with leaders to fill recruitment needs, offering expertise on compensation packages and recruitment strategies. Utilize various channels for candidate outreach and engagement.
- People Management: Effectively manage project staff, vendors, and consultants in alignment with organizational values.
- Continuous Improvement: Identify areas for improvement in recruitment processes and metrics, striving for efficiency and quality.
- Cross Organization Collaboration: Partner with internal stakeholders to ensure seamless onboarding and integration of recruited doctors. Stay updated on company policies and goals.
What We're Looking For:
- Bachelor’s degree required; master’s degree preferred.
- 10 years of recruitment experience in general dentistry and specialty fields, with 5 years in a management role.
- Demonstrated ability in marketing, negotiation, and administration of agreements.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Proficiency in social media recruitment strategies.
- Proven track record in campus recruiting and building community relationships.
- Ability to travel to targeted recruitment locations and P1 practices.
