Internal Position: Field Hygiene Trainer
Location: P1 Dental Partners' Hybrid NWI & Michiana Regions - Munster, Merrillville, Schererville, Crown Point, St. John, Hebron, Highland, Marion, Warsaw, Fort Wayne, Wakarusa, and Grand Rapids (MI).

Key Responsibilities:
- Cultural Ambassador: Promote and uphold P1 Dental Partners' culture, clinical philosophies, and initiatives.
- Training & Accountability: Partner with Office Managers (OMs) and RDOs to train and ensure adherence to the clinical standard of care for hygiene initiatives.
- Clinical Performance: Focus on improving clinical outcomes and performance within the FHT's home office.
- Collaboration: Build strong relationships with office managers, lead and associate dentists, and hygienists to foster buy-in and implement changes.
- Virtual Meetings: Conduct and participate in virtual meetings as required and provide detailed recaps to the office team, RDO, and VP of Hygiene.
- Feedback & Satisfaction: Gather feedback from the clinical team to enhance provider satisfaction.
- Vendor Partnerships: Collaborate with vendors to support team training initiatives.
- Company Training Events: Attend and participate in company training events.
What We're Looking For:
- Licensed Dental Hygienist Currently Employed at P1 Dental Partners
- Commitment to the weekly coaching time allotment for the FHT role
- Ability to travel within a designated region during non-clinical hours
