Process Engineer
Description
We are looking for an experienced Process Engineer to be responsible for the CIS color process development. The successful candidate will be able to work with color foundry to develop and optimize the color and ML process for state of art CMOS image sensor products.
Responsibilities
- Work with color foundry to develop and optimize CF and ML processes for new product.
- Work with color foundry to develop phase detection auto focus structure process base on ML technology
- Perform process simulations and optimization.
- Work with production engineer for product yield improvement
- Provide process documentation and operating instructions
- Handle and manage test line and monitor pattern layout
Requirements
- Knowledge of semiconductor lithography process related standards. Direct experience on image sensor color filter, microlens process will be a plus.
- Experience in problem solving skill.
- Experience in lithography mask OPC and layout drawing is very welcome.
- Proficient in using data analysis software like Excel, JMP, R and Matlab to analyze large datasets, DOE creation, and statistical methods for process data analyzing.
- Analytical and organizational thinker with good team work.
- MS degree in Chemistry, Physics (Optical) or Chemistry Engineering related field.
Annual base salary for this role in California, US is expected to be between $90,000 - $120,000. Actual pay will be determined on a number of factors such as relevant skills and experience, and the pay of employees in the similar role.
