CQE Manager / Sr. CQE Manager
Description
Responsibilities:
- Sr. Customer Quality Manager to be a primary point of contact for customers regarding all aspects of image sensor quality. Primary focus will be customers in the automotive market. Have following responsibilities
- Supporting customers with initial return evaluation in order to confirm component issue.
- Interfacing with internal failure analysis (FA) teams and provide feedback from the customer to assist with the analysis.
- Drive the internal teams during root cause analysis and corrective actions
- Developing instructions and procedures to assist with debug of image sensor based systems at the customer side in order to ensure efficient cycle times.
- Work closely with customer and internal teams such as Applications, Design and Operations teams to resolve technical product issues and enable new product ramp
- Supporting customer audits and coordinate the implementation of any required improvements.
- Liaising with the customer regarding all quality related communications including PCN, PPAP, RMA and customer returns.
Requirements:
- BS Degree in Electronic Engineering or similar.
- 10+ years’ experience working in the semiconductor or related industry
- Experience of electronic debug laboratory equipment and processes
- Excellent communication skills and an ability to work well with the customer
- Should be willing to travel including internationally. Typically up to 5 days per month.
- Familiarity with image sensors would be a plus.
- Experience in automotive electronics industry also a plus.
- Result oriented and embraced change behaviors
- Business level English and Japanese communication skill
- Solid Project management skill is a plus
