We are looking for Senior Analog Designer to join our automotive team to develop and launch the next generation Analog Power IC's for the automotive industry. The candidate should have strong fundamentals in mixed-signal circuit design and automotive design flow. The candidate should have the capability to design and develop automotive mixed-signal IC's, as well as experience in debugging/verifying design issues.

Responsibilities:

·         Specify and implement analog and mixed signal sub-blocks based on project objectives.

·         Implement blocks on transistor and layout level and perform physical verification using CAD tools such as Cadence, Synopsys and Mentor Graphics.

·         Verify by simulation, sub-blocks and chip top level from a system perspective.

·         Design power management IC's and related silicon/system designs.

·         Collaborate with verification, process, test, and application engineers to debug, characterize and optimize performance at silicon level and successfully bring new products from initial concept through production release.

·         Mentor and coach other engineers when necessary.

·         Support and/or be the Technical Project Lead on our projects.

 Qualifications

·         Must have active hands-on experience in mixed-signal IC design

·         Experience with power management (LDO, DC/DC, power devices, gate drivers, HV…) and/or automotive IC design is highly desired

·         Experience with BCD or SOI technologies is a plus

·         Willing to work in a multi-site environment with engineering teams across the globe

·         Minimum of 4 plus years of relevant experience.

·         MSEE or equivalent
