Description

Responsibilities:

•    Help to upgrade the W10 devices to W11.
•    Collaborate with different IT teams to organize the IT Confluence spaces and update/create the IT standards, procedures, guidelines, and documents. 
•    Help administrators and supervisors set up necessary IT utilities and devices to help meet their everyday needs.
•    Excellent knowledge of Microsoft Products is required.
 

Requirements:

  • BS in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
  • Familiar with Microsoft Office Applications, Windows, Mac, Linux etc.
  • Strong verbal and written communication
  • Excellent analytical and problem-solving skills
  • Ability to work well in teams
  • Strong work ethic and attention to detail
