The Kronos Systems Analyst will work on Overlake's current Workday/Kronos ERP implementation.  This position  will focus primarily on the current configuration, build, testing and validation of all aspects of the new Kronos Timekeeping  system.  The right candidate will have an in-depth knowledge of Kronos Timekeeping products along with a firm grasp of complex pay rules.  The Kronos Analyst will work closely with the HRIS, Payroll, and Scheduling teams along with ERP and organization leadership to identify creative approaches to pay rule and timekeeping scenarios as it relates to scheduling, payroll, and overall operations.  This person will work closely with Subject Matter Experts (SME).  This candidate will participate in current state mapping and future state workflow development, data migration, application review, application testing, issues resolution, integrations, reporting implementation, training and ongoing support activities.

Qualifications

Systems Analyst:

  • Demonstrated knowledge of Kronos timekeeping and advance pay rules REQUIRED.
  • Three years' experience with systems implementation and support required. 
  • Associate's degree required.  Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Previous experience in an acute care hospital preferred. 
  • Experience with MS Access, SQL server, and/or EMR/EHR administrative, clinical, and financial systems is also preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse personalities. Excellent oral and written skills. 
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to coordinate projects and meet deadlines. Proven ability to motivate users.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Experience supporting Clinical Applications in a hospital setting is highly preferred.

Senior Systems Analyst:

  • Bachelor’s degree required.  Equivalent combination of education and experience may be considered in lieu of degree.
  • Five years' of experience as an analyst supporting applications, assisting with system implementations, upgrades, and project management is required.  Previous experience in an acute care hospital preferred.  Experience with MS Access, SQL server, and/or EMR/EHR administrative, clinical, and financial systems is also preferred.
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills; able to deal effectively with diverse personalities. Excellent oral and written skills.
  • Exceptional organizational skills and proven ability to manage projects and meet deadlines. Proven ability to motivate users.
  • Strong analytical and problem solving skills.
  • Must be able to communicate effectively with individuals at all levels of the organization.
  • Experience supporting Clinical Applications in a hospital setting is highly preferred.
