Issaquah Primary Care- Nurse Extender LPN
Part-time, .6 FTE (48 hours/pay period) 

The LPN participates as a member of the healthcare team in providing direct patient care  under the supervision and direction of a Registered Nurse or other healthcare practitioners.  May provide care to patients of various ages, depending upon clinic.  The LPN possesses excellent communication skills and treatment mentoring and teaching abilities. The LPN will working as a nurse extender under the supervision of our RN team and supporting our providers in functions like: Inbasket, PCMH, Premanage, Population management and triage.

  • Education: Graduate of accredited school of licensed practical nursing required.
  • Professional Licensure/Certification/Registration:     Currently licensed in Washington State required.  Health Care Provider CPR Certification required.

  • Experience:     One year clinical experience preferred.
