Mental Health Therapist
The Mental Health Therapist will provide counseling, therapeutic assessment, and intervention for adult mental health patients in a holistic and culturally-sensitive manner. Promotes dignity, respect, safety, and optimal functioning of the individual. Provides individual therapy sessions using evidence-based treatments. Works with clinical staff psychologist to develop individualized treatment plans.
The Mental Health Therapist will be an essential part of the musculoskeletal medicine care team, coordinating directly with staff psychologists, physicians, interdisciplinary team members, and referring providers.
Minimum two (2) years of recent, continuous experience as a psychotherapist required. Experience in providing psychotherapeutic behavioral health services in a hospital-based clinic setting is highly desirable.Benefits:

Candidate must possess one of the following licenses from the state of Washington: Licensed Independent Clinical Social Worker, Licensed Advanced Social Worker, or Licensed Mental Health Counselor.
