We are looking for an Application Support Analyst to rock it!

You will work on special projects with a brilliant team helping our clients to succeed.


What will you do?

Day-to-day tasks include but are not limited to:

  • Handling of system / user support request escalations / development tasks.
  • Become an application subject matter expert.
  • Field system questions from non-technical teams.
  • Implement a training plan for internal end users.
  • Assist with Zendesk traffic control multimedia development traffic control.
  • Act as the project manager for designated IS/IT projects.
  • Drives standardization of process within the engineering and delivery of releases. and productivity improvement

What do we need from you?

  • Ability to manage multiple time-sensitive priorities, comfortable prioritizing, multi-tasking, and shifting between tasks 
  • Ability to deal with ambiguity, and search for answers.
  • Must be a self-starter and self-motivated.
  • Good time and project management skills.
  • Ability to follow-through on all projects and maintains consistent work performance.
  • Ability to work independently with minimal supervision and seek direction when needed.
  • Experience working with Zendesk.
  • A working knowledge of, .NET web applications and SQL is a plus
