We are looking for a IT Talent Acquisition Analyst to rock it!
You will work in special projects with a brilliant team helping our clients to succeed

Responsibilities:

- Around 12-18 hires per month of Technology profiles
-  Under brief supervision, participate in the hiring process
-  Contact potential candidates, schedule interviews, and carry out the screening process.
- Follow up the candidates  during the hiring process
- Maintains partial contact with stakeholders
- Be part of special projects and processes of the TA team
- Actively participate in Employer branding events and projects
- Collaborate on specific tasks in the selection process

Requirements:

- 2-3 years of  proven IT or call-center  recruitment experience
- Excellent English communication skills (written and verbally)
- E
xperience handling a high volume of sourcing
- Experience managing ambitious times to hire
- Autonomy and proactivity

Nice to have: 
- Experience In Sales 
- Experience in negotiation 
- Previous experience working with ATS especially Jobvite.
