You will work in special projects with a brilliant team helping our clients to succeed

Position is enhancing overall team production by engaging in tactical day-to-day sprint management. There is a particular focus on all aspects of backlog grooming: story definition; project breakdowns; prioritization; and assisting developers in getting answers to questions. This person is "technical" in the sense that they can understand and discuss complex systems intended for use by data scientists and other developers. This position works on products that sometimes have UIs but that also involve APIs and complex systems logic.


  • Break down requirements into one or more tickets
  • Fill out tickets with acceptance criteria, error handling, etc. - identify and work with business users to close requirements gaps
  • Identify and manage dependencies across teams
  • Work with developers, POs and architects to resolve questions and manage shifting requirements that appear during development
  • Track velocity and help manage a rapidly-changing backlog
  • Coordinate pre-requisites to ensure they are completed prior to a ticket being started

Must have:

  • Experience with ticket management software (e.g., JIRA)
  • Experience working with complex business logic applications (e.g., APIs, services)
  • A highly-developed sense of logic and systems
