What You Will Do
You will play an important role in supporting accurate, timely financial operations:
- Prepare monthly premium and loss reports for assigned accounts
- Perform account reconciliations and balance general ledger activity
- Record and track reinsurance premium and loss transactions
- Maintain accurate financial records and system data
- Collaborate with internal teams and external partners to resolve discrepancies
- Support financial reporting, documentation, and record retention
- Assist with accounting projects and process improvement initiatives
What We Are Looking For
We are seeking analytical, detail-oriented problem-solvers who enjoy working with data and uncovering insights behind the numbers.
You will be a strong fit if you have:
- A degree in Accounting, Finance, Business, Economics, Insurance, or a related field
- Professional office experience in accounting, finance, banking, insurance, operations, or similar analytical environments
- Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities
- Excellent attention to detail and a commitment to accuracy
- Strong organizational and time management skills
- Proficiency with Microsoft Office and comfort working with data and reports
- A willingness to learn specialized accounting and reinsurance concepts
- Strong communication skills and a collaborative mindset

Salary
Salary Range: $51,675.00 – $55,575.00 annually
Compensation for this position is competitive and commensurate with the candidate’s education, experience, and qualifications. The final salary offer will be determined in accordance with internal equity, organizational compensation practices, and applicable guidelines.
