At CritiCall Ontario, strong relationships are at the heart of better healthcare outcomes. As a Client Relations Manager, you serve as the primary liaison between CritiCall and external stakeholders, including hospitals, Ontario Health regions, and provincial partners.

In this role, you connect with healthcare stakeholders across the province to support access to care, drive awareness, deliver education, and contribute to initiatives that improve how patients access critical services. You build meaningful relationships, respond to stakeholder needs, and support system-wide improvements, all while working collaboratively with internal teams.

This is a dynamic role where no two days are the same. It brings together communication, problem solving, and critical thinking, requiring adaptability and curiosity to navigate a complex healthcare environment. Your work supports patients during some of their most critical moments, making a meaningful impact across Ontario’s healthcare system.

  

Key Accountabilities:

  • Act as the primary liaison between CritiCall Ontario and external stakeholders, including hospitals, Ontario Health regions, and provincial partners
  • Build and maintain strong relationships, becoming a trusted point of contact for stakeholder engagement and support
  • Develop and deliver presentations, training sessions, and communication materials to promote CritiCall systems and services
  • Provide education, respond to inquiries (including case-level), and support issue resolution in a timely and professional manner
  • Collaborate with internal teams to ensure alignment, effective service delivery, and information sharing
  • Represent CritiCall at regional and provincial meetings, committees, and working groups
  • Analyze data to identify trends, support decision-making, and contribute to reporting and quality improvement initiatives
  • Lead and support projects, including planning, coordination, and execution of deliverables
  • Coordinate cross-functional initiatives to support organizational priorities and stakeholder needs
  • Maintain a strong understanding of CritiCall operations and the healthcare landscape while managing competing priorities in a dynamic environment

Qualifications:

  • Post-secondary degree or diploma in Health Sciences, Business Administration, or a related field (or equivalent experience)
  • 3–4 years of relevant experience
  • Experience working within the Ontario healthcare system with a strong understanding of healthcare operations and the broader landscape
  • Excellent written and verbal communication skills, including experience developing and delivering presentations
  • Strong analytical, critical thinking, and problem-solving abilities
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite
  • Experience in client-facing or stakeholder engagement roles, with the ability to effectively engage a wide range of stakeholders, including senior leadership
  • Experience in communications and/or project-based work, including managing projects from initiation to completion
