WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
As an Associate Producer, you will work collaboratively with our Creative, Technical Production and Producing teams to bring briefs to life and deliver seamless, high-quality experiences for our clients. From shaping and interpreting briefs through to onsite delivery and post-event reporting, you will play a key role in ensuring projects are delivered creatively, efficiently and to a high standard.
You are comfortable working across both detailed and open-ended briefs, have a solid grounding in event production, and are confident managing relationships, budgets and suppliers. You will contribute meaningfully to the success of projects while positively influencing the broader business through curiosity, accountability and a strong client-first mindset.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
  • 2–4+ years’ experience in an event, production or project delivery role
  • A solid understanding of event production, including logistics, content, technical production and onsite delivery
  • Confidence working directly with clients and suppliers
  • Strong organisational and project management skills
  • Clear, professional communication skills
  • High proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
  • Degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES 
As an Associate Producer, you will take ownership of defined areas of projects while supporting senior Producers across delivery. You will balance big-picture thinking with detailed execution to ensure projects are delivered on time, on budget and to a high standard.
  • Work collaboratively with Creative, Technical Production and Producing teams to finalise briefs and delivery approaches
  • Build and maintain strong client relationships, ensuring stakeholders are informed and supported throughout the project lifecycle
  • Unpack and understand client briefs autonomously and provide well-considered reverse briefs
  • Design, conceptualise, plan and deliver elements of projects across live, virtual and hybrid formats
  • Pitch ideas to clients for medium-sized projects and contribute to pitches for larger programs
  • Manage timelines, workflows and deliverables with a focus on quality and outcomes
  • Take accountability for project-level decisions and delivery success
  • Manage project budgets, including invoicing, expenditure and budget reconciliations
  • Engage, brief and negotiate with supplier partners to deliver positive outcomes
  • Support and manage onsite delivery including bump in, build, show days and bump out
  • Collate and share post-event reporting and analytics
  • Contribute to new business pitches and creative ideation
  • Mentor and support a Project Coordinator or Project Assistant, delegating tasks while remaining accountable for deliverables
