WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Senior Vice President, ASEAN is a key member of the Extended Leadership Team, responsible for driving the strategic direction, operational excellence, and commercial growth of the ASEAN business.
This role will lead the Singapore team in delivering exceptional client outcomes, building a high-performing culture, and achieving sustainable business growth. Working closely with the Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President, ANZ, this role will help shape and execute the APAC growth strategy, while ensuring alignment with Opus Agency’s global vision, values, and business objectives.
The Senior Vice President, ASEAN will oversee business operations across Production, Operations, and Client Services, with accountability for financial performance, talent development, client relationships, operational effectiveness, and long-term growth opportunities.
This is an influential leadership position requiring a strategic thinker, commercially minded operator, and inspiring people leader who can balance business performance with culture, innovation, and excellence.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
Extensive experience leading teams within an agency, events, experiential, marketing, or related creative services environment
Proven experience managing business operations, commercial performance, and financial outcomes
Demonstrated success in developing and executing growth strategies, expanding client relationships, and identifying new business opportunities
Strong understanding of operational excellence, resource planning, forecasting, and P&L management
Experience building high-performing teams and fostering an inclusive, engaged, and accountable culture
Exceptional executive communication skills with the ability to influence stakeholders across functions, regions, and levels of seniority
A track record of representing an organisation externally through industry engagement, thought leadership, and relationship building
RESPONSIBILITIES
As Senior Vice President, ASEAN, you will provide strategic leadership across the Singapore business, driving growth, operational excellence, and a culture of high performance.
Lead the day-to-day management of ASEAN business operations, including Production, Operations, and Client Services teams
Own ASEAN business performance, including financial management, forecasting, revenue growth, profitability, and operational efficiency
Partner with the Executive Vice President and Senior Vice President, ANZ to develop and execute APAC business strategy and priorities
Define and deliver Singapore-led growth strategies, including regional expansion opportunities, strategic partnerships, and new service offerings
Build and strengthen relationships with key clients, ensuring exceptional service delivery and long-term account growth
Identify and develop new business opportunities, contributing to revenue growth, account expansion, and increased market presence
Champion collaboration across regions, sharing knowledge, improving ways of working, and driving business efficiencies
Lead workforce planning, talent development, recruitment, performance management, and retention strategies
Create an environment where teams are engaged, empowered, and inspired to deliver outstanding work
Embed a growth-first culture across all functions, including Creative, Production, and Operations teams
Represent Opus Agency at industry events and build thought leadership that strengthens the agency’s market positioning
Monitor business performance metrics and drive continuous improvement across operations, people, and client delivery
