WHAT WE ARE LOOKING FOR
The Project Manager is an organised, solutions-focused professional who plays a key role in delivering seamless event and content experiences. Working closely with Producers, Creative teams, and suppliers, you will manage logistics, timelines, budgets, and stakeholder communication to ensure projects are delivered on time, on brief, and to a high standard.
This role is ideal for someone who enjoys variety, thrives in a fast-paced agency environment, and is eager to grow their expertise across live events, digital broadcasts, and integrated campaigns.
YOU SHOULD HAVE
- 2+ years’ experience in an event, production, or project coordination role within an agency or similar environment
- Strong organisational and project management skills with the ability to manage multiple workstreams
- Experience working with suppliers, venues, and external partners
- Confident client-facing communication skills
- High proficiency with G Suite (Docs, Sheets, Slides)
- Agency experience highly desirable
- Degree or diploma in a related discipline preferred but not required
RESPONSIBILITIES
As a Project Manager, you will support the delivery of events and content projects from brief through to execution and post-event. You will be responsible for managing the detail: timelines, logistics, budgets, documentation, and communication supporting your team on delivering exceptional experiences for clients.
- Support Producers on client briefs to achieve the best solution aligned to project and client needs
- Manage project timelines, action items, and next steps across multiple workstreams
- Build and maintain strong, solutions-focused relationships with clients
- Research venues, suppliers, and production solutions and make informed recommendations
- Manage and coordinate suppliers, including briefing, negotiation, and oversight of services
- Assist with budget and financial management, including invoicing, tracking expenditure, and reconciliations
- Prepare client-facing documentation, including agendas, presentations, schedules, and report
- Set up and manage internal and client-facing documents using G Suite
- Brief creative teams on design, editing, and content requirements and manage timelines and deliverables
- Support virtual speaker recordings, video editing workflows, and content production
- Participate in brainstorming sessions and contribute creative ideas and solutions
- Support onsite delivery including bump in, build, show days, and bump out
- Delegate tasks to Project Coordinators and relevant team members as required
- Manage post-event wrap-up, reporting, and analytics
