Description

As a Senior Account Executive, you will be responsible for contributing to client services and project management. You are passionate about your work, have a team player mentality, and understand the agency’s role within the marketing industry. 

Essential Functions:

PROJECT MANAGEMENT

  • Assist in projects from kick-off through execution – delivering on time, within budget, and compliant with brand standards
  • Contribute to deliverables and ensure internal quality standards and client expectations are met
  • Develop and update project documents, such as status reports, work back schedules, and contact lists
  • Participate in the creative development process, such as contributing to and coordinating the development of decks, digital or show materials, and staffing plans
  • Provide market research and analysis on specific areas of interest and related fields, as needed

CONCEPT & STRATEGY

  • Contribute to the development of project briefs and participate in the creative brief process
  • Learn the brand mapping process and understand how to assess client deliverables in order to determine if they are on strategy
  • Participate in internal brainstorms and contribute to the ideation of creative concepts
  • Maintain awareness of cultural trends and those related to client-specific industries

CLIENT MANAGEMENT

  • Participate in and contribute to client-facing meetings and correspondence
  • Develop and maintain relationships with clients
  • Consistently monitoring of active and future projects
  • Support business development in the creation of materials and logistical planning

Job Qualifications:

  • 3+ years of experience in lifestyle brand marketing, retail marketing, sports marketing and/or events
  • Bachelor’s Degree in marketing or related fields
  • Demonstrate strong verbal and written communication skills with confidence in presenting internally and to clients
  • Proactive problem-solving skills and adaptive to changing agency needs
  • Ability to effectively work with cross-functional departments
  • Command of Microsoft Office and familiarity with Adobe Creative Suites
  • Knowledge of Box, Google Docs, Keynote, and Internet based research
