Position Summary: The Accounts Payable Specialist will report to the Accounts Payable Manager and support all aspects of accounts payable, ensuring all deadlines are met with the highest degree of accuracy.

Areas of impact:

• Review and enter invoices and credit memos timely and accurately
• Reconcile vendor statements periodically vs our vendor ledger and investigate variances
• Manage vendor relationships and build effective partnerships
• Respond to vendor and internal inquiries in a timely manner
• Research and resolve invoice discrepancies to identify root cause

Qualifications:

• Associate’s degree in Accounting, Finance or equivalent experience 
• Minimum of 2 years of accounts payable experience in manufacturing 
• Experience in NetSuite and/or Epicor ERP systems preferred 
• Knowledge of invoice processing, 3-way match, and vendor management best practices 
• Proficiency with Microsoft Excel
