Role Summary

We are looking for a seasoned HR Technology Specialist to lead the administration, optimisation, and evolution of our HR systems landscape, with primary ownership of UKG and extended responsibility for Jobvite (ATS) and Docebo (LMS). This role sits at the intersection of HR, technology, and data, and is pivotal in enabling a scalable, efficient, and insight driven people function across our global organisation.

In addition to ensuring operational excellence across existing platforms, the role will play a key part in shaping and delivering our future HRIS strategy. This includes supporting system evaluation, design, and implementation as part of a broader HR transformation agenda. The role requires close collaboration with HR, IT, external partners, and regional stakeholders to translate business priorities into robust, future ready system solutions.

 

Key Responsibilities

HR Systems Ownership and Operations
• Own the end to end administration, configuration, and performance of UKG as the core HR system
• Oversee the effective functioning of Jobvite and Docebo, ensuring a seamless and consistent user experience
• Ensure high standards of data integrity, system security, and access governance across all platforms
• Manage system configurations, workflows, roles, and ongoing enhancements
• Act as the central point of expertise for HR systems, driving issue resolution and operational stability

Process Excellence and Optimisation
• Drive standardisation, simplification, and automation of HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Enhance system utilisation by reducing manual dependencies and improving digital adoption
• Continuously identify opportunities to improve efficiency, scalability, and user experience

HRIS Transformation and Delivery
• Support the evaluation and selection of future HRIS solutions aligned to business strategy
• Contribute to requirements definition, process design, and solution architecture
• Play an active role in implementation activities including data migration, testing, and deployment readiness
• Partner with HR, IT, and vendors to ensure successful delivery and transition to a future state ecosystem

Stakeholder Engagement and Change Enablement
• Partner with HR and business stakeholders across multiple geographies to understand and address evolving needs
• Translate complex business requirements into scalable system solutions
• Enable adoption through structured training, communication, and user support
• Operate effectively across regions, balancing global consistency with local requirements

Data, Reporting, and Insights
• Design and deliver robust HR reporting and dashboards to support operational and strategic decision making
• Ensure accuracy, consistency, and governance of HR data across systems
• Leverage data to generate insights, identify trends, and support workforce planning and analytics

Governance, Risk, and Compliance
• Ensure adherence to data privacy and regulatory requirements including GDPR and applicable local laws
• Maintain comprehensive documentation of system configurations, processes, and controls
• Support audit requirements and strengthen governance frameworks across HR technology

 

Skills and Experience

Essential
• 5 to 7 years of experience in HRIS or HR technology roles with strong systems administration exposure
• Proven experience with UKG or comparable enterprise HR platforms
• Experience managing integrated HR ecosystems including ATS and LMS platforms such as Jobvite and Docebo
• Strong understanding of end to end HR processes across the employee lifecycle
• Experience supporting global or multi country HR operations
• Strong analytical capability with a data driven approach to problem solving
• Demonstrated ability to manage stakeholders across geographies and time zones
• Strong communication skills with the ability to translate technical concepts for business users

Desirable
• Experience supporting HRIS transformation or implementation programmes
• Exposure to data migration, system testing, and process reengineering
• Understanding of system integrations and HR data architecture
• Experience within a shared services or global capability centre environment
• Familiarity with reporting and visualisation tools such as Power BI

 

Preferred Qualifications

Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Business, Information Systems, Computer Science, or a related discipline
• Relevant certifications in HR systems or technology platforms would be advantageous
