Position overview:
Finance Associate refers to the job of issuing and expressing VAT invoices to Customer timely; and keep a good relationship with sales department and Customers. Ensures that all the billing in ERP system has been invoiced and reconciled with Tax system, Supporting to provide Statement to Customers.
Responsibilities
- Follow up on customers' VAT invoices and export sales invoices
- Checking billing data in the ERP system each day, then issue VAT invoices to Customers and express to Customer
• Billing and invoice handling is timely, cooperation month end closing
- Reconcile the VAT invoice between the ERP system and Tax Bureau system
- Prepare supporting Statements to Customers
- Ensure the VAT invoice notes and other data meet customers’ requirements in the daily work
- Issue and deliver the invoice efficiently
- Co-ordinate with sales and the AC team for domestic and export customer invoices issues
- Filing VAT invoices and keeping documentation.
- Make payments for Import duty and VAT, and input the invoices and payments into the ERP system, and reconcile the data between Custom system, bank and the ERP system;
- Other jobs assigned by Manager

Skills and Qualifications:
- A very keen sense of attention to detail
- Be able to manage time to suit the work at hand.
- Good teamwork and self-motivation
- Good spoken and written communication skills.
- Bachelor’s degree in Accounting or Finance is required
- Able to work independently and team effectively
- 2 years of Accounting assistant experience is preferred
- Knowledge of computers, office applications, and accounting software.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
