Business Development Sales Coordinator
Pune
Position overview:
We are looking for a self-starter, highly-driven Sales Coordinator who will be handling RFQ data Management and Coordinate with BD and Sourcing team for Technical query.
Main responsibilities:
- Compile all the RFQ received from New Business development manager/KAM
- Update the tracking Sheet and Folder of New RFQ
- Keep track of New Development coordinate with customer, KAM and CFT.
- To Collect Missing data from Customer in New RFQ.
- Make 2D drawing out of 3D or from Sample.
- Coordinate with KAM/NBD for Pushing new RFQ conversion.
- Coordinate and Chase the customer for New Product development Challenges
- Escalate timely to Management any challenges associated with RFQ or New Product development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree
• Knowledge of all type of commercial, non-commercial invoices
• Documentation and Data Entry Skills
• Must be proficient in MS Office
• Process orientation – the necessity to maintain good records and demonstrate value mean that a process lead method of operating is important
• Respect to internal personnel and external customer
• Good English Communication Skills – Written and Verbal.
• Ensure timely material delivery.
