Business Development Sales Coordinator

Pune

Position overview:

We are looking for a self-starter, highly-driven Sales Coordinator who will be handling RFQ data Management and Coordinate with BD and Sourcing team for Technical query.

Main responsibilities:

1. Compile all the RFQ received from New Business development manager/KAM
2. Update the tracking Sheet and Folder of New RFQ
3. Keep track of New Development coordinate with customer, KAM and CFT.
4. To Collect Missing data from Customer in New RFQ.
5. Make 2D drawing out of 3D or from Sample.
6. Coordinate with KAM/NBD for Pushing new RFQ conversion.
7. Coordinate and Chase the customer for New Product development Challenges
8. Escalate timely to Management any challenges associated with RFQ or New Product development.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Diploma or Bachelor degree

• Knowledge of all type of commercial, non-commercial invoices

• Documentation and Data Entry Skills

• Must be proficient in MS Office

• Process orientation – the necessity to maintain good records and demonstrate value mean that a process lead method of operating is important

• Good English Communication Skills – Written and Verbal.

• Ensure timely material delivery.
