Position overview:
Ensuring 100% on time delivery to the customer. Ensuring all supply chain costs are under control. Meeting the requirements of the Company’s Quality, Health & Safety and Environmental systems, which is mandatory and ensuring that the Company’s policies and procedures are followed at all times.
Main responsibilities:
- Planning and expediting components to ensure on time delivery to customer
- Monitor and maintain material schedules
- Maintenance of safety stock levels, supplier lead-times and MRP systems
- Investigating, and understanding the root cause of supply problems
- Investigating and challenging price increases and increase to MOQ’s and MBQ’s
- PO release based on customer demands review on time and accurately
- Meeting KPIs - On time performance, and Inventory as defined by the management team
- Conducting regular performance reviews with key vendors
- Supporting the development of stock policies and local supply agreements with suppliers to improve performance
- Work with finance team to arrange the payment on time and accurately, invoices collection and check accurately
- RTV management based on company policy
- Maintain customer forecast in ERP based on company guide
- Others arranged by leader

Skills and Qualifications:
- University degree in supply chain management or any other relevant academic background.
- At least 2 years of relevant working experience
- Skilled in ERP system and data analysis
- Good negotiation skills
- Good communication skills
- Result driven, good sense on inventory management
- Good English communication skills – Written and spoken.
