• Understand the basic company workflow to determine if requests meet existing company guidelines and policies.
• Work towards becoming a Supply Chain Subject Matter Expert of data flow within Optimas systems.
• Review data submitted for accuracy and applicability.
• Identify, investigate, and challenge the data integrity within Optimas Systems.
• Ensure entry requests are completed on time and accurately.
• Communicate effectively with all employees, stake holders and IT to ensure customer satisfaction either.
• Effectively manage the flow of information from Inventory Optimisation to the relevant Supply Chain Team to ensure issues and solutions are communicated.
• Interface with central IT data team where necessary to support, test and resolve data issues.
• Support projects involving data integrity and data changes.

• Experienced role. 2-3 years’ experience in similar role required.
• Ability to work accurately in a fast paced, multi-tasking environment
• Exceptional data entry skills (computer, keyboard, mouse)
• Microsoft Excel Advanced skills is essential
• Competent Microsoft Access and/or SQL knowledge an advantage
• Tableau knowledge is highly advantageous
• Good interpersonal, verbal, written and communication skills
• Highly motivated, high energy, ‘can do’ attitude, competitive self-starter with a strong sense of urgency
• Detail orientated

• This position requires extended periods of data entry and computer processing, reviewing printed specifications and analysing data.
