Position overview: 
We’re seeking for a self-starter, driven Senior Financial Analyst to join our dynamic Finance Team. 
The Senior Financial Analyst will play a critical role in providing financial insights, analysis, and guidance to support key business initiatives and drive financial performance. The ideal candidate will have a strong analytical mindset, exceptional financial modeling skills, and the ability to communicate complex financial concepts to stakeholders at all levels.

Main responsibilities: 
Key responsibilities include: 
  • Lead forecasting, budgeting and long -range planning processes, ensuring accuracy, transparency and alignment with business objectives.  
  • Prepare and deliver clear, insightful financial reporting packages for leadership highlighting key trends, risks and opportunities.  
  • Develop and enhance robust financial models and analytical frameworks to support strategic initiatives, pricing decisions and scenario analysis, while continuously improving forecasting methodologies, financial evaluation techniques and related processes and systems to drive greater accuracy, efficiency and insight.  
  • Analyze financial results through variance, trend and root-cause analysis to identify key performance drivers.  
  • Monitor, interpret KPIs, providing actionable insights to improve revenue growth, cost efficiency and margin performance.  
  • Collaborate and serve as a trusted advisor to P&L leaders and cross functional stakeholders, providing proactive financial guidance, validate assumptions and drive operational improvements.  
  • Identify, develop, and implement process improvement initiatives across FP&A processes, reporting, and financial systems.  
  • Build and enhance dashboards, reporting tools and automation solutions to improve data accessibility and efficiency.   
  • Analyze key cost drivers including material, labor, freight, overhead, and inventory to deliver actionable profitability insights, support margin improvement initiatives and inform data driven operational decision-making. 
  • Proactive mindset with a bias towards action is critical.

Skills and Qualifications: 
  • Bachelor's degree or higher in Accounting, Finance, Economics, or Business Administration 
  • 3 +  years of Accounting or Financial Planning and Analysis experience 
  • Experience with ERP and planning /reporting tools (e.g. NetSuite, Oracle, PBCS/Hyperion, SAP, Tableau Power BI a plus) 
  • Strong financial modeling, forecasting and data analysis capabilities.  
  • Experience using Microsoft suite (Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) 
  • Advanced Excel skills (e.g. pivot tables, complex formulas, modeling); VBA/macros a plus 
  • Experience in Manufacturing or Distribution environment or a product driven business environment strongly preferred 
  • Ability to extract and manipulate large datasets using SQL or other query tools a plus 
  • Strong interpersonal skills, including written and oral communication skills. Ability to work in fast paced collaborative environment navigating ambiguity and complexity
