Position overview:

The role is responsible for all customer quality activities to make sure the all the products service meets the customer requests accordingly

Responsibilities
1. Mainly responsible for quality control and management of products from OEM factories;
2. Confirm product packaging, labels, and specifications/dimensions before shipment;
3. Ensure that shipped products meet company and national standards;
4. Confirm, organize, and archive inspection reports.

Skills and Qualifications:

• Experience in hardware stamping or fastener QC is preferred; Mechanical major (male);
• Proficient in quality management tools and methods; capable of using measuring equipment; familiar with office software;
• Possess good communication, coordination, problem-solving skills, and team spirit;
• Strong analytical and judgment abilities, able to independently resolve quality issues.Other jobs assigned by manager.
