Position overview:

 

Develop key accounts on hand to achieve target business growth, according to company’s business strategies. Increase sales and improve gross profit.

 

Main responsibilities:

  • Seek and deep discover customers’ business requirement to achieve target business plans;
  • Promote and sell Optimas’ total value proposition (products, engineering & logistic)
  • Own and lead projects from conception through to completion;
  • Work closely with internal teams to drive great satisfaction of customers including product solution, on time delivery, stable quality standards etc 
  • Join in project activities, translate customer requirements to product specification, provide subject matter expertise for each of our product solutions while integrating with customer’s business systems and processes;
  • Responsible for providing accurate sales forecasts
  • Be aware of market change and competitors activities and report periodically;
  • Make sales presentations and solicit RFQs in time;
  • Work closely with the global Program Manager/Architector;
  • Contract review and signing and E&O discussion & resolutions periodically
  • Support AR collection to improve the company free cash flow performance;
  • Lose make follow up to improve the gross profit
  • Present sales/key customer report monthly;
  • Create and realize business development plan;
  • Analyze business performance of key accounts and formulate strategies and action plans to improve GP and profitability;
  • Assure overall customer satisfactions;
  • Other responsibilities maybe assigned by superiors;

  • Great knowledge of products and project management skills

  • Good computer skills such as Excel and Power Point;
  • Good command of both written and spoken English;
  • Can work under high pressure and adapt to change in a fast-moving organization;
  • University/college degree in marketing/business or engineering;
  • Over 5 years of experience, and experience in the fastener or C class components or semiconductor industry and in a multinational company is preferred.
