Position Summary: The Sorter Set-Up Associate is responsible for setting up, validating, and operating computerized vision sorting equipment used to inspect, sort, and package products for shipment. This role supports production efficiency through equipment setup, troubleshooting, employee training, and quality control activities. The position collaborates closely with Sorting Associates, Quality, and Operations teams to ensure safe, accurate, and efficient processing of customer products. #LI-Onsite
Areas of impact:
- Set up, validate, and optimize computerized vision sorting equipment for production readiness.
- Ensure adherence to company safety, quality, and operational procedures.
- Train and support Sorting Associates on equipment operation and best practices.
- Maintain product quality through setup validation, inspections, and periodic revalidation processes.
- Support production output through efficient equipment operation, maintenance, packaging, labeling, and inventory control activities.

Qualifications:
- High School Diploma or GED required.
- Demonstrated ability to set up and operate automated vision sorting equipment.
- Minimum of 5 years relevant experience, preferably in a warehouse or manufacturing environment.
- Ability to read, understand, and maintain production and quality records.
- Ability to handle multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment and lift up to 50 pounds; forklift experience preferred.
