Job Title: Learning and Development Coordinator

Reporting To: Sr. HRBP UK
Working Hours: 11:00 A.M IST – 07:30 P.M IST (Monday to Friday)
Role Purpose:
Coordinate and monitor Learning and Development across all Optimas International regions. Work with business leaders and subject matter experts to identify learning needs and support the design and refresh of programmes and materials. Ensure seamless delivery through effective scheduling clear communication and readiness of resources for e-learning, in-person sessions and virtual instructor led sessions.
Manage day-to-day Learning and Development administration by maintaining accurate records, tracking attendance and completion and producing clear effectiveness reports for senior leaders. Provide end-to-end support for the Docebo LMS with a strong focus on e-learning and automation including user management, course and learning plan setup, certification administration, catalogue structure and automated assignment rules. Maintain a central learning repository, resolve issues, improve usability, support localisation and drive continuous improvement using feedback, data and global best practice to strengthen capability, service alignment, safety and compliance.
Key responsibilities:
- Training needs and programme support
Identify training needs with leaders and subject matter experts and support training needs analysis. Support the development of new programmes and the refresh of existing programmes.
- Content development and upkeep
Support the design creation and updating of learning materials including manuals, presentations and multimedia resources. Develop and maintain e-learning assets ensuring accuracy and relevance across regions and audiences. - Training delivery coordination
Schedule sessions and manage logistics for in-person and virtual instructor led delivery. Communicate session details and expectations to learners and stakeholders and maintain an organisational training calendar ensuring resources are available. - E-learning delivery and automation
Manage LMS operations including course creation, learning plan configuration and certification setup. Configure automated assignments based on role function, region and business rules. Monitor enrolments and completion, resolve exceptions and support adoption through clear guidance and continuous optimisation. - Evaluation and continuous improvement
Track learning effectiveness through assessments, feedback and performance metrics aligned to agreed KPIs and SLAs and improve content and delivery using insights, feedback and industry best practice. - Documentation and reporting
Maintain accurate historical records for attendance, completion, certifications and progress. Produce effectiveness reports and share insights with the Senior Leadership Team and key stakeholders to inform planning. - Docebo LMS administration and support
Administer users, courses, learning plans, certifications assignment, automation and the catalog. Maintain a current and easy to navigate repository. Create customised learning plans where required, manage user accounts, resolve access issues, generate reports and support enhancements such as usability improvements, gamification, integrations and upgrades in line with policy and feedback. - Localisation and regional alignment
Support localisation to meet regional needs including legal requirements and cultural context and coordinate updates that preserve international consistency. - Virtual enablement and stakeholder support
Facilitate virtual enablement for subject matter experts on effective use of the LMS and related tools and provide regular updates to the reporting manager on delivery status. - Role flexibility
Responsibilities may evolve with business needs and the role holder is expected to keep learning and adapting.
Qualifications and experience
- 2 to 4 years of experience in Learning and Development, learning operations, or learning coordination, with LMS administration experience being essential
- Candidates with an MBA in Human Resources or an MA in Industrial Organisational Psychology will be preferred
- Experience with a Learning Management System is required, and experience with the Docebo LMS is preferred
- Hands on experience with instructional design tools is preferred
- Exposure to e learning administration and automation rules is preferred
- Strong Excel skills and proficiency in Microsoft 365
- Canva proficiency for learning content and multimedia support
- Knowledge of adult learning principles and learning theories is a mandate
