In this role, you’ll help ensure delivery of high-quality software by combining modern AI-assisted QA tools and techniques with strong manual testing practices. You’ll work across the full software development lifecycle, contributing to test strategy, planning, execution, and quality auditing.
This position is ideal for someone who is passionate about quality, enjoys cross-functional collaboration, and thrives in an environment where both technical and analytical skills are valued.
Key Responsibilities
Core Testing Responsibilities
  • Design, develop, execute, and maintain comprehensive test cases and test suites.
  • Collaborate with Developers, Product Owners, and SMEs to understand requirements and create thorough test plans.
  • Contribute to manual functional, regression, integration, and exploratory testing across multiple platforms.
  • Identify, document, and track software defects through resolution and closure.
Technical & Advanced QA Responsibilities
  • Leverage AI-powered QA tools (e.g., automated test generation, test summarization, risk scoring) to enhance coverage and accelerate testing.
  • Advocate for modern testing practices, including AI-assisted testing, automated validation, and intelligent defect prediction.
  • Use test recorders and scriptless automation tools to build repeatable workflow tests and document user flows.
  • Conduct test audits to ensure test completeness, adequate coverage, and alignment with acceptance criteria.
  • Evaluate and enforce standards for use-case coverage, edge-case identification, and high-quality test data.
  • Perform quality risk assessments on features and user stories to identify early potential issues.
  • Contribute to test strategies, testing approaches, and release readiness criteria for complex features.
  • Support continuous improvement of QA processes, methodologies, and tooling.
  • Assist in verifying audit logs, traceability matrices, and compliance-driven testing requirements.
  • Mentor QA Testers and Engineers on tools, techniques, and testing best practices.
  • Perform peer reviews of test artifacts to ensure accuracy, consistency, and completeness.

Required Qualifications
  • Experience with AI-driven QA platforms or intelligent test analysis tools.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Finance, Accounting, Computer Science, Engineering, Information Systems, Marketing, or related field — or equivalent experience.
  • 2–4 years of experience in software QA or software testing.
  • Strong understanding of the SDLC and QA lifecycle.
  • Experience using Jira and test management tools such as Xray, Zephyr, Reflect or similar.
  • Hands-on experience in Agile/Scrum environments.

  • High attention to detail and commitment to quality.
  • Basic working knowledge of Python, JavaScript, and Postman for scripting, automation support, or API testing.
  • Experience testing REST APIs, SOAP services, and microservices.
  • Hands-on Web/UI application testing, including responsive design validation.

Preferred Qualifications
  • Background in performing QA audits or reviewing tests written by engineers.
  • Basic understanding of performance and security testing practices.
  • Working knowledge of MySQL or other relational databases (including writing validation queries).
  • Exposure to automation frameworks or scriptless tools (Playwright, Selenium, Cypress, Testim, Mabl, etc.).
  • Familiarity with Windows environments and cloud platforms (Azure).

Why Join Us?
