Ontario Systems has a new and exciting position as Senior Revenue Operations Analyst (NetSuite / CPQ) in our Enterprise Data & Analytics Department.

Location This position will be remote. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Refine the end-to-end flow of revenue-related data and business processes
  • Partner with our Sales Ops and Finance teams to support strategic operations and the build-out of their respective business applications and process improvements.
  • Maintain and continually enhance the NetSuite, NSPB, and Salesforce CPQ enterprise applications
  • Work with the Finance department’s analytics team in the build-out of dashboards on financial metrics and communicating requirements for blending dependent data.
  • Assist in all facets of finance and sales ops capacity planning, inclusive of regular updates to forecasts of headcount and revenue.
  • Interface with adjacent teams, including Client Success Operations and Legal, to design non-disruptive and automated business workflows across related systems. 
  • Understand and help refine our Accounting close and FP&A forecasting/budgeting processes, implementing metrics to assist in gathering “health-check” assessments.
  • Develop enablement operational reports to check on the user adoption of new tooling and processes.
  • Support the front-end use of NetSuite and Salesforce CPQ and ensure that they are being utilized to its fullest capability with high data quality. 
  • Work closely with Finance leadership to define and manage KPIs and Operations optimization goals and priorities

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree in business, economics, finance, mathematics, communication, or another relevant field
  • 3-5 years of relevant Revenue Operations Analyst, Sales Operations Analyst, Business Operations Analyst, or Financial Analyst experience in software or high-tech organizations
  • Enhanced proficiency with Excel, PowerPoint, and SharePoint
  • Outstanding written and verbal presentation skills to present insights and compelling recommendations with strong attention to detail to a diverse and often senior audience
  • Experience with Salesforce.com, Salesforce CPQ, NetSuite, Clarizen, Gainsight, Tableau, ADP, and/or other ERP applications is a plus
  • Experience with building dashboards, Business Intelligence reporting, and dependent data transformations from complex datasets; using SQL or GUI-based tool is a plus
  • Ability to drive business process changes through collaboration and influence across multiple stakeholders with varied perspectives
  • Exceptional relationship management skills to build cross-functional business partnerships; communication skills and ability to effectively collaborate with leaders in the sales and business development organizations 
  • The ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems, understanding relationships between metrics and operational activities
  • Self-starter with a high affinity and interest in identifying, analyzing, and solving problems
  • Highly flexible in adapting to the needs of the team and organization
