Ontario Systems has a new and exciting position as Director, Solution Adoption (Application Development / ETL / Data Integration / Data Management) in our Implementation Department.

Location This position will be remote. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Lead a high-performing team of Application Developers who develop data integration interfaces with our clients, perform complex scripting to meet client needs, and develop custom UI views
  • Create and successfully execute a roadmap for team initiatives that will contribute to the realization of the company’s strategic objectives and to improvement of departmental KPIs
  • Initiate and drive complex cross-functional process improvements with a high degree of effectiveness
  • Set vision and expectations for what high performance means for the team
  • Develop world-class ETL capabilities
  • Build relationships with counterpart leaders in clients’ organizations
  • Develop new tools and processes to increase efficiency, reduce redundant effort, and increase quality
  • Coach and develop team members on best practices
  • Lead clients and internal teams in structured problem solving of technical issues
  • Drive repeated improvements in measured outcomes
  • Support and accelerate each team member’s professional development
  • Grow a culture focused on delivering value to our clients and caring for one another
  • Initiate process improvements
  • Manage by data to prioritize effectively

What You’ll Need
  • 5+ years directly managing data management, data integration, or ETL teams in client services setting
  • Healthcare revenue cycle experience highly preferred
  • Excellent client relationship skills and an ability to lead difficult conversations
  • A track record of improving outcomes, with quantified success
  • Experience with ETL software, especially Pentaho Data Integration (Kettle)
  • Experience with InterSystems Caché a plus
  • A history of building high-performing technical teams and accelerating team members’ professional development
