Location This position may work remotely or from one of our offices in Burlington, MA, Muncie, IN, or Vancouver, WA.

What You’ll Do

In this role, you will work as part of an Agile implementation team in a highly collaborative environment. You will also work closely with onboarding consultants, technical experts & customers to understand a customer’s requirements and KPI’s in order to improve their business strategy. You’ll work on:

  • Webservices and File Interfaces
  • New and Existing Software Development
  • Business Application Customization
  • Cloud or On-premise Solutions
  • User-Interface Design
  • Data Migrations
  • Process Automation


What You’ll Need

Associate’s degree required in Computer Science, Business, or Business Management
  • 1 to 2 years of related experience and/or training; or equivalent combination of education and experience
  • Experience with at least one of these databases: InterSystems Cache/Ensemble, any form of SQL, any form of NoSQL
  • A self-starting, highly engaged work ethic directed and focused on delivering value for the customer by wearing many hats on the team
  • Excellent development expertise with a passion for new technology development
  • The ability to jump into any aspect of the development process
  • Logical thinking skills and the ability to apply those skills to solve business problems
  • Excellent customer service and relationship-building skills
