Senior Director, SaaS Program Management

Ontario Systems has a new and exciting position as Senior Director, SaaS Program Management in our Migration Management Department.

Location This position will be remote. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States.

What You’ll Do

  • Utilize data to drive transformation that both our clients and Ontario Systems can use to bring their operations to the Cloud.
  • Ensure Ontario Systems and Partner conversion readiness, understanding and coordinating in areas of pricing, legal components, operations, and training.
  • Facilitate communications between internal parties including Sales, Professional Services, Marketing, and Legal.
  • Identify product challenges based on the customer’s needs and work with the Product Directors to champion those updates.
  • Provide updates as needed to internal stakeholders regarding customer projects, customer initiatives, and overall status of customer migrations.
  • Conduct task review meetings as needed with the delivery teams ensuring proper prioritization of issues and projects.
  • Ensure Partners are prepared for client migrations.
  • Proactively track outstanding projects and issues to ensure established goals are met, working with delivery management when our performance is not adequate.
  • Drive customers to product upgrade and cloud migration.
  • Proactively address root issues to minimize situations where the customer seeks refunds due to service or product issues.

What You’ll Need
  • Bachelor’s degree from an accredited institution.
  • At least 5 years of experience in directly relevant industry and program management role.
  • 3-5 years of experience in Program Management in a software environment and/or managing Cloud Migrations projects.
  • Proven ability to promote products and services and align to client needs and goals with quantified target ROIs (and assess ongoing).
  • Proven ability to collaborate with and influence internal business partners in support of goals to execute on client migrations.
  • Demonstrated examples of partnerships with Sales and Product teams.
  • Proven ability to advocate internally across functions to attain client success by exceeding expectations.
  • Ability to provide a high level of leadership and lead effectively, motivating to success.
  • Ability to work well under pressure with simultaneous projects.
  • Ability to work well with all personality types.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • The ability to adapt quickly to the evolving needs of a high-growth SaaS business and create pragmatic and innovative solutions to complex business problems.
  • The ability to travel occasionally.
