Ontario Systems is hiring a Director, Solution Adoption to support its growing business. 

Location:   This position may work remotely or from one of our offices in Burlington, MA, Muncie, IN, or Vancouver, WA.

What You’ll Do

You will lead a high-performing team of Consultants who work with our clients to realize their business objectives by designing, implementing, and driving meaningful adoption of our healthcare revenue cycle workflow software.

You will build relationships with client executives, standardize and improve team processes, and drive improvements across the team’s key performance indicators.

Specifically, the Director will:

  • Create and successfully execute a roadmap for team initiatives that will contribute to the realization of the company’s strategic objectives and to improvement of departmental KPIs
  • Initiate and drive complex cross-functional process improvements with a high degree of effectiveness
  • Set vision and expectations for what high performance means for consulting practice
  • Coach and develop team members on best practices in consulting with clients
  • Improve our practice of measuring and communicating client ROI
  • Streamline and standardize team processes, resulting in faster time to value for clients
  • Build trust-based, consultative relationships with client executives
  • Drive repeated improvements in measured outcomes
  • Support and accelerate each team member’s professional development
  • Grow a culture focused on delivering value to our clients and caring for one another
  • Use data to effectively manage and prioritize

What You’ll Need

The ideal candidate will have:

  • 5+ years directly managing client services teams in healthcare revenue cycle management consulting or software implementations
  • Healthcare revenue cycle management expertise
  • A track record of creating and successfully executing process improvement initiatives
  • Concrete examples of improving outcomes with quantified success
  • Excellent client relationship skills and an ability to lead difficult conversations with client executives
  • The analytical aptitude to design methods for measuring and communicating ROI and data-driven process-improvement recommendations
  • A history of building high-performing teams and accelerating team members’ professional development
