Ontario Systems has a new and exciting position as Senior HR Business Partner in its People Services Department.

Location This position will be remote. Candidate may work where they live anywhere in the United States. Candidate may also work from our Burlington, MA or Muncie, IN office locations.

What You’ll Do

 

This high-profile HR Business Partner role will partner with business leaders to develop and execute HR strategies focused on talent development, organizational effectiveness, workforce planning, employee relations and employee engagement. In addition, you will own programs that run across the broader HR team. To be successful in this role, you must understand business priorities and translate them into the highest impact work. You will help business leaders look around corners with data-driven recommendations that improve performance, retention, and the overall employee engagement

 

To succeed, you will need a flexible skill set, including the ability to think strategically, execute tactically, and collaborate across many teams, levels, and situations. The individual in this role must understand business priorities and translate them into an HR agenda that supports the business as it grows.  A good working understanding of employment law and performance management practices are important attributes for this role.  

 

What You’ll Need

 

Basic Qualifications

  • Bachelor's Degree from accredited university
  • 5+ years human resource business partner experience
  • Experience in a corporate environment, SaaS or software technology  

 

Preferred Qualifications

  • Master's Degree in HRM or MBA preferred
  • Human Resources experience with growing, large tech companies supporting 500 or more associates
  • Demonstrated success in implementing a performance management structure and effective coaching techniques
  • Strong knowledge of employment law
