Job Description:
The RPA Developer will serve as a senior-level technical resource responsible for end-to-end development of automation solutions. This includes designing and implementing RPA processes, managing automation infrastructure, performing technical troubleshooting, and supporting continuous improvement initiatives. The role involves collaboration with cross-functional teams, analysis of business requirements, and delivering robust automation solutions that enhance operational efficiency across HHSC programs.
 
This position is onsite and open only to local candidates in the Austin, TX area.
 
Job Responsibilities:
  • Design, develop, test, and implement RPA automations using Blue Prism, Power Automate, and Azure-based technologies.
  • Troubleshoot, maintain, and optimize existing bots and automation workflows.
  • Support process discovery, documentation, and requirements gathering for new automation opportunities.
  • Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure efficient automation solutions.
  • Participate in automation infrastructure management and support activities.
  • Contribute to continuous improvement efforts within the RPA program.
Required Skills & Experience:
  • 8+ years hands-on RPA development experience, including 4+ years with Blue Prism.
  • 8+ years experience with web technologies including HTML, JavaScript, DOM, and HTTP protocol.
  • 8+ years experience with SQL and NoSQL databases.
  • 8+ years experience integrating RESTful web services.
Preferred Skills & Experience:
  • 4+ years experience with API development.
  • 4+ years experience with process discovery, requirements gathering, and solution architecture.
  • 4+ years proficiency in C#, Java, or Python.
  • 3+ years experience with Azure infrastructure, including troubleshooting.
  • 3+ years experience working in an Agile software development environment.
  • 1+ year experience with Power Automate.
  • Blue Prism Certification (Preferred).
  • Microsoft Power Platform Developer Certification (Preferred).
  • Prior experience supporting Health and Human Services or OIG (Preferred)

Eligibility:
