Inventory Representative

Hours: Monday through Friday, 8:00 am to 4:30 pm
Salary range $17 - $19/hour, commensurate with experience

Ultimate Wireforms, Inc. is looking for a dedicated Inventory Representative to join our team. The Inventory Representative will be responsible for accurately handling and maintaining finished goods inventory in accordance with Ultimate’s Quality System policies and procedures.  The Inventory Representative is an extension of the Customer Service Department and must work to ensure orders process on time to meet or exceed department goals and customer expectations.

Inventory Representative Job Qualifications

• High School Diploma required
• Minimum one-year prior experience, preferably in manufacturing
• Strong customer service skills with excellent attention to detail
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills
• Ability to multi-task in a fast-paced customer service environment
• Ability to prioritize workload to meet changing customer orders and department demands
• Positive and pleasant demeanor interacting with coworkers, subcontractors, customers, suppliers, and visitors
• Strong computer skills and experience with Microsoft Office Suite
• Experience with AES (Automated Export System) and Visual Manufacturing ERP systems

Inventory Representative Job Responsibilities

• Assist with inventory cycle or physical counts ensuring inventory levels are accurate; ability to reconcile stock counts to report data
• Must have the ability to analyze and solve problems
• Manage counts of incoming or outgoing items to compare, identify, and transact information against invoices, pack list, orders, and other records
• Responsible for the organization, identification, labeling and storage requirements of all finished goods inventory
• Responsible for printing, organizing, prioritizing, and pulling customer orders and/or backorders for delivery
• Responsible for handling and processing customer merchandise returns in a timely manner, maintaining lot traceability
• Must work as team player, maintaining excellent working relationships with all UWI personnel
