What you will be doing:

You will lead a team of talent acquisition specialists, partner with and coach hiring managers to ensure a best in class candidate experience.  Regardless of whether a 360 candidate becomes a member of our team, we want to ensure they have an incredible experience, turning them into lifelong 360 fans.

Key responsibilities and accountabilities:
  • Motivate, coach, and lead a team of recruiters to deliver on talent strategies
  • Build effective partnerships with the People & Culture team and business leaders to understand their greatest talent challenges and opportunities
  • Collaborate with our People & Culture team to define a values-based scalable talent strategy that aligns to business objectives
  • Utilize analytics to tell stories, highlight achievements, inform, and identify where additional enhancements are needed to achieve talent acquisition goals
  • Establish guidelines and train people leaders to interview in accordance with best practices and utilize talent tools (ATS & Predictive Assessments)
  • Ensure talent strategies reach a diverse candidate pool and identify and remove barriers
  • Ensure 360 utilizes the full capability of its HR/Talent technologies strategically and in a cost-effective manner
  • Develop and cultivate a deep understanding of the 360’s business, brand, products and clients to align and lead talent acquisition strategies
  • Uncover and understand the needs of our businesses and match this with superior talent
  • Provide a clear roadmap to Senior Leadership Team of how our people growth demands will be met and managed to support business growth
  • Identify requirements and where appropriate lead relationships with agencies ensuring they carry out the same values-based, culture fit recruitment process on behalf of 360
Additional experience, education and/or skills:
  • Post-secondary education and 5+ years of experience in talent acquisition within a high growth technology company or an equivalent combination 
  • Recruitment experience outside of North America would be an asset
  • Have in depth working knowledge of a medium to large ATS
  • Business acumen to support headcount, budgeting and planning
  • Exceptional verbal and written communication skills
  • Strong negotiation skills
  • Strong interpersonal skills with the ability to network and build strong relationships both inside and outside the company
  • Proactive in identifying the root cause of issues, seeking to execute the best (but sometimes not the easiest) solutions with an unwavering commitment to do what is right
  • Highly flexible and adaptable when faced with ambiguity
  • Ability to effectively balance autonomy and collaboration
  • Exudes the ability to inspire breakthrough thinking and continuous improvement
