Role Overview: 
We are seeking an experienced Human Resources Manager (APAC) to support our growing team for the Asia-Pacific region. Based in our Sydney regional headquarters, this role will shape and execute our people strategy locally while ensuring smooth and efficient HR and office operations. 
  
Reporting directly to the Chief Human Resources Officer (CHRO), this position is responsible for a broad range of HR functions - including talent acquisition, culture & employee relations, learning and development, total rewards (e.g., recognition, compensation and benefits), office administration, and vendor management. You will be a trusted partner to employees across APAC and a champion of our culture and values, and employee experience. 
  
Responsibilities:  
HR Operations & Compliance: 
  • Lead day-to-day HR operations, ensuing alignment with local regulations and global policies. 
  • Advise on HR topics including performance management, employee relations, compensation, benefits and leave management. 
  • Administer local compensation and benefits programs in line with market practices 
  • Develop, communicate, and ensure compliance with HR policies and procedures. 
  • Track and analyze HR metrics to support continuous improvement and data driven decisions. 
  • Maintain accurate employee records in accordance with local labor laws. 
Employee Experience & Culture: 
  • Oversee employee onboarding, engagement, and development initiatives. 
  • Foster a positive, inclusive and high performing work environment. 
  • Serve as a trusted advisor and cultural ambassador within the region. 
  • Coordinate internal events and team actilltities that enhance employee morale. 
Talent Acquisition:
  • Coordinate requirement efforts in partnership with global Talent Aquisition team. 
  • Support full cycle hiring processes for local and regional needs 
Office Management & Administration: 
  • Maintain daily office operations, including facilities, supplies, and other general office support.  
  • Manage office vendors, contractors, and facility-related services.  
  • Coordinate travel arrangements, internal events, and catering needs. 
Global & Regional Alignment: 
  • Act as a liaison between APAC and global HR counterparts to ensure alignment and communication. 
  • Share regional insights and feedback to help shape global people strategies. 
  
  
Skills & Experience:  
  • 3+ years of HR experience, preferably within a fast-paced technology or SaaS environment 
  • Strong organizational skills with the ability to prioritize and manage multiple tasks efficiently 
  • High attention to detail with a proactive, solution-oriented mindset 
  • Comfortable operating in a dynamic, high-growth environment 
  • Discreet and trustworthy in handling confidential information 
  • Excellent interpersonal and communication skills with a collaborative, people-first approach 
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite; experience with HRIS systems (e.g., ADP) is preferred 
  • Experience supporting a regional or global workforce is a plus
