The Contractor role on the Product Marketing team will be responsible for working cross-functionally with the marketing organization, customer success, product management, engineering, and technical sales to support the promotion of the ON24 Intelligent Engagement Platform. This role is dedicated to initiatives that are driving forward the ‘how-to’ content needs of the platform and supporting the data analysis with the product management team on the customer lifecycle. 
 
Responsibilities:
  • Technical Product Content – Turn product technical details into pre-recorded demo tutorials, FAQs, ‘how-to' product presentations and maintain ‘how-to’ messaging so that it can be easily understood by cross-functional marketing team members to repurpose across channels and content.     
  • Product Launches – Align with the release operations product marketing peer to understand ‘how-to’ content needs to drive product positioning internally and externally for new launches.  
  • Product Growth – Work with product management to document the customer lifecycle and the in-platform user experience using our existing tools. Collaborate in an ongoing review process with product management of key user initiatives, data analysis on user experiences gaps and growth opportunities. 
 
Skills and Experience: 
  • Bachelor's degree in marketing or related field
  • 5-10 years of B2B product marketing and/or technical content marketing experience (SaaS preferred) 
  • Experience working directly with customer success, product managers and engineering teams 
  • Ability to work independently
  • Strong organizational and project management skills 
  • Technical communication skills including translating technical concepts into ‘how-to’ presentations, demos, and other content assets
  • Experience with ON24 is a plus
  • Data-driven and experience executing growth strategies through A/B testing, user acquisition, expansion and retention is a plus
  • Experience with Pendo is a plus
