Marketing Data Analyst - Account Based Marketing

ON24 is seeking an experienced Account Based Marketing Data Analyst. This role is comfortable with analyzing customer intent, measuring influences process decisions and goals at the leadership level and is responsible for strategically working alongside ON24’s Marketing and Sales teams. You will be a go-to person for the marketing data analysis and decisions of the organization.

To be successful in this role, you will know how to work cross-functionally, and are highly analytical. Ideally you will also have a strong understanding of marketplace dynamics and experience working in matrixed, publicly traded organizations.


  • Analyze the many sources of customer and prospect data across the organization and build models based on the data available.
  • Use data and analytics to draw insights and continually optimize the targeting process of both accounts and contacts as the organization continues to scale; inform internal stakeholders of performance.
  • Provide recommendations on new data sources and technologies to enhance our current data set.
  • Participate in the specific targeting strategies across our online properties, ABM, and Demand Generation approaches to customers, prospects, and partners.
  • Work globally to deliver insights to the leadership team, understanding the nuances of each country and problem solving to ensure smooth and timely execution of programs that require advanced data analytics.
  • Act as the liaison between RevOps, SalesOps, and the Salesforce Admin team to recommend and produce updates to the systems.
  • Work with Marketing and Sales stakeholders to own analysis of marketing goals from definition to planning, execution, performance and reporting of ROI.
  • 3+ years of hands-on experience in a Business Intelligence capacity or with strong direct alignment to marketing and field sales teams.
  • Ability to understand the business needs and apply them to actionable data.
  • Experienced and comfortable in fast growing, high demand business environments.
  • Excellent communicator in both written and verbal form.
  • Motivated, self-starter attitude, and ready to work with other high performers.
  • Prior experience working with Enterprise B2B data preferred.
  • Experience working with Salesforce, Domo, Totango, or equivalent systems preferred.
  • Bachelor’s degree in Data Science, Marketing, or Business Administration preferred.
