Job Description:

Omitron is seeking full-time IT Systems Administrators with experience in IT systems and networks administration for large-scale critical systems to support multiple programs.

Desired Skills:

-  BS degree in relevant field desired (Computer Science, Cyber Security, Math, or Engineering) or 3-5    years relevant experience will be considered

- 3-5 years Active Directory and or/Lightweight Directory Access Protocol

- 3-5 years experience with VMware vSphere 6.5 - 7

- 3-5 years experience with Unix/Linux/RedHat environments

- 3-5 years experience with Windows Operating Systems

Required Skills:

- Strong software application installation and troubleshooting skills

- Familiarity with shell scripting (Python, BASH, et cetera)

- Installing and patching user and server-side software

- Managing network storage and backups

- Ability to understand and troubleshoot basic networks (TCP/IP, layer 1 cabling, patching, connectivity and layer 2 switching concepts)

- Ability to install, configure, run and provision user interface infrastructure not limited to small computer hardware, thick/thin clients, monitors and user consoles

- Excellent customer service skills

- Strong documentation and organizational skills

- Self- starter and motivated to learn new skills

- Professional and positive attitude


Clearance and Certification Requirements:

- Active Top Secret clearance with SCI eligibility

- DoD IAT Level II or higher (CCNA Security, CYSA+, GICSP, GSEC, Security+ CE, SSCP)
